Purpose: To introduce and promote the unique beauty of cultural activities in the markets of ethnic minorities in the Northwest highlands in general and Hoa Binh province in particular to domestic and foreign tourists in and outside the province, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere, serving people and tourists at the same time, actively preserving, conserving and promoting good traditional cultural values of customs and cuisine, unique cultural activities, folk games, traditional costumes, etc. of ethnic people of Hoa Binh province in general and Mai Chau district in particular; Actively contributing to promoting the continuous development of tourism activities in the province.
