Up to now, the community tourist village has been inaugurated for about six years. Many tourists are impressed and fall in love with the unique culture and rustic and friendly lifestyle of the people in the village. Ms. Nguyen Thanh Tu, a Hanoi tourist, shared: Ngoi village is one of the attractive tourist destinations on the weekend with many interesting experiential activities at relatively low cost. My trips to the village are often with my family and group of friends. The best thing about coming here is admiring the scenery of the lake, experiencing the culture of sleeping in stilt houses, enjoying ethnic musical performances, and kayaking.

Here, visitors have the opportunity to participate in daily and cultural activities with the people such as going on a boat to catch fish and shrimp, wrapping snail cakes (rice cake have shape of snail), making baskets to catch fish,etc. Besides, there are exciting experiences such as team building, trekking to explore caves, water motorbike games, inflatable boats, kayaking, sup boats, rafting and other water games, and sit on a boat to enjoy the beautiful scenery on Ngoi Hoa Bay.

Mr. Dinh Son Tung, Secretary of Suoi Hoa Commune Party Committee, said: Ngoi village is one of the eight hamlets and villages of the commune, 100% of households are Muong ethnic people. People's lives previously faced many difficulties, the economy depended mainly on agricultural, forestry and aquaculture production. Since a number of pioneering households switched to community tourism, the appearance of the village has gradually changed. Ngoi village tourism is oriented towards development associated with preserving cultural identity and protecting the ecological environment. This is also a highlight, attracting tourists to the village. Currently in the area, there are many units coming to survey ecotourism, some of which have had their investment policies approved by the province. Hopefully in the coming time, along with Ngoi village tourism, tourism projects will open more opportunities for localities to more effectively exploit the potential and strengths of the lake area.
