The 10km route takes athletes through a scenic landscape, making it the perfect choice for those new to trail running. The trail is not overly challenging, yet provides enough obstacles to make you proud when crossing the finish line. Starting from Ban Lac (Lac village), the route leads you across rice fields and through Thai ethnic villages before ascending a small hill towards a dense forest. From here, you will enjoy the vast and breathtaking scenery beneath the valley.

The 25km distance will have athletes starting with a diverse and trail-rich route, passing through peaceful ethnic villages and terraced rice fields. The final stretch takes the participants down to the center of Mai Chau Valley, showcasing the pristine beauty that has endured through generations.

The 50km route, featuring numerous trails, will take you through the diverse and particularly attractive landscapes of Mai Chau.

The 70km route is a stunning journey, with the first 30km serving as a perfect warm-up for the remaining 40km, which features the majority of the ascents and descents. Along the 70km trail, athletes will step into the less-traveled, remote corners of Mai Chau. You will ascend to Hang Kia village of Mong people, a region renowned for its mystical beauty bordering the Laos border. From the highest point on the trail, paths will connect various valleys, each with its own enchanting allure. Welcoming you at the finish line in Ban Lac is a celebration featuring music, campfires, food, and a uniquely festive atmosphere, embodying the spirit of Vietnam Ultra Marathon 2024 in Mai Chau, Hoa Binh.
