Ho Tam Homestay is located in Tam hamlet, Cao Son commune, Da Bac district - a highland district of Hoa Binh province. Located at an altitude of nearly 1,000 m above sea level, Ho Tam has a cool year-round climate. Cuisine in Ho Tam is mainly local dishes such as: local pork, jogging chicken grilled with honey and Doi seed, chicken cooked with sour bamboo shoots, steamed chicken with lemon leaves; grilled and steamed fish; buffalo, veal, goat grilled in chunks, goat lemongrass salad, stir-fried goat; five-colored sticky rice; wild vegetables, field cabbage or papaya leaves.
