On December 23, 2022, Hoa Binh People's Committee (Hoa Binh PPC) issued Decision No.3332/QD-UBND approving the task of zoning planning at the scale of 1/2000 for the fitness, sport and eco-tourism complex in Tu Son commune and Du Sang commune, Kim Boi district (subdivision VII).

In the above decision, the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province assigned the People's Committee of Kim Boi district to be the unit to organize the planning with: Scale of area The size of the area is about 266.7ha; Tourist scale: about 80,000-120,000 people/year in Tu Son and Du Sang communes, Kim Boi district.

Effectively exploit and use existing land and infrastructure systems. Take advantage of available advantages in terms of traffic, landscape, tourism potential and construction land fund. Forming specific functional areas for resort and ecotourism. Having social infrastructure, technical infrastructure and environmental landscape, synchronously, ensuring sustainable development.

Contributing to building Tu Son and Du Sang communes to become tourist attractions to relax and discover tourism through a complete service system.

As a legal basis for implementation of detailed planning of 1/500 scale, formulation of construction investment projects, investment attraction, construction management and development control in the area.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee, Directors of the Departments: Construction, Planning and Investment, Finance, Natural Resources and Environment, Culture, Sports and Tourism; The Chairman of the People's Committee of Kim Boi district and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for the implementation of the Decision in accordance with the law.
