Within the framework of the program of the 90th World Conference on Recognition of Hoa Binh Culture, on the afternoon of November 21, 2022, the People's Committee of Hoa Binh City held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to inaugurate the route named after the French archaeologist - Mrs. Madeleine Colani.

Attending were comrades: Bui Van Khanh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Van Toan, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Bui Thi Niem, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; representatives of departments, agencies and branches in the province. Also attending were Dr. Philippe Le Failler, Chief Representative of the French School of Asian Studies in Vietnam (In French: École française d'Extrême-Orient). On the side of Hoa Binh city, there were Mr. Ngo Ngoc Duc, member of the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee; Mr. Bui Quang Diep, Chairman of the City People's Committee and many scientists and people of Hoa Binh City.

The route named after female archaeologist QH7 has a length of 450m, a width of 35m, the first point is adjacent to the roundabout at the intersection of Hoa Binh Square; the end point of the route is adjacent to QH8 road, Quynh Lam ward (Hoa Binh city). This is a work to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the world's recognition of "Hoa Binh Culture" (1932 - 2022), in order to propagate, promote, introduce and honor the unique archeological cultural values ​​of a region. The world-famous stone age culture in Hoa Binh's homeland honors the contributions of Ms. Madeleine Colani, who was instrumental in discovering and naming the "Culture of Hoa Binh".

Archaeologist Madeleine Colani was born in 1866 in Strasbourg, France, died in 1943 in Ha Noi. She was a geologist, paleontologist and archaeologist who has made great contributions to the formation and development of Vietnam's archeology in particular, and Indochina archeology in general. From 1926 to 1932, her survey space was the limestone mountains of Hoa Binh, Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa, and Quang Binh provinces. Ms. Maderleine Colani discovered and excavated 54 Hoa Binh cultural sites in the North of Vietnam, in which most of the sites are located in Hoa Binh province. Mrs. M. Colani was the first person who discovered and researched the first "Hoa Binh Culture".
