On February 17, 2023, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province signed Decision No. 238/QD-UBND on promulgating the list of potential projects to attract investment in Hoa Binh province. The list includes 35 projects in the fields of industrial park infrastructure, industrial infrastructure, commercial infrastructure, agro-forestry, tourism, notably projects in the fields of culture and tourism. and agriculture combined with tourism are 11 projects. Below is the specific information of the projects in the tourism list.

1. Project on tourism development and planting of high-tech agricultural crops. The project has the objective of investing in a resort tourism project and planting agricultural crops of high economic value, creating stable jobs and increasing income for local people. Investment locations in districts: Mai Chau, Tan Lac and Cao Phong. The area of land used by the project as proposed by the Investor.

2. Project on planting forestry trees, fruit trees, medicinal plants and eco-tourism. The investment objective of the project is to plant forest trees, fruit trees, and medicinal plants in combination with eco-tourism to create stable jobs and increase income for local people. Investment location in Hung Son commune, Kim Boi district. The land area used for the project is 233.3 ha.

3. The project of preserving Muong cultural space in association with tourism and service development. The objective is to preserve, embellish and promote the cultural values of the Muong in association with the development of tourism and services. Locations in districts and cities in the province.

4. Ecotourism project in Thuong Tien Nature Reserve. The objective is to develop ecotourism in the Nature Reserve. The area of land used is 4,700 ha. Investment location: Thuong Tien Nature Reserve, Kim Boi district.

  5. Ecotourism project at Ngoc Son - Ngo Luong Nature Reserve. The objective is to develop ecotourism in the Nature Reserve. The area of land used is 7,800 ha. Investment location: Ngoc Son - Ngo Luong Nature Reserve in Lac Son district.

6. Ecotourism project at Hang Kia – Pa Co Nature Reserve. The objective is to develop ecotourism in the Nature Reserve. The land use area is 2,900 ha. Investment location: Hang Kia Nature Reserve – Pa Co, Mai

Investment locations in communes: Hang Kia, Pa Co, Mai Chau district. The land area used for the project is 350 ha.

9. Investment project of ecotourism resort combined with concentrated aquaculture in Dam Khanh Lake. The investment objective is to build a high-class resort tourism project and plant crops of high economic value, create jobs and increase income for local people. Investment location in Chi Ne town, Dong Tam commune, Lac Thuy district. The land area used for the project is 50 hectares.

10. Investment projects on eco-tourism and resort projects in the area of Canh Tang Lake, Lac Son district. The objective is to invest in building eco-tourism projects, high-class resorts, creating jobs and increasing incomes for local people. Area of land used for the project as proposed by the Investor. Investment location in Yen Phu, Binh Alley and Van Nghia communes, Lac Son district.

11. Invest in eco-tourism and resort projects in Hoa Binh Lake tourist area according to the general planning to build Hoa Binh Lake national tourist area approved by the Prime Minister. The objective is to invest in building eco-tourism projects, high-class resorts, creating jobs and increasing incomes for local people. Area of land used for the project as proposed by the Investor. Locations in communes according to the general planning to build Hoa Binh Lake National Tourist Area approved by the Prime Minister.
