On the afternoon of November 29, 2022, leaders of Hoa Binh province worked with leaders of VinaCapital Group on a proposal to research and invest in projects in Hoa Binh province. Receiving and working with the group were comrades: Nguyen Phi Long, alternate member of the Central Committee of the Party, Provincial Party Secretary; Mr. Bui Duc Hinh, Provincial Party vice Secretary, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council; Mr. Bui Van Khanh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Mr. Quach Tat Liem, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, together with leaders of related departments.

Meeting overview of Hoa Binh provincial leaders with VinaCapital

At the meeting, on behalf of provincial leaders, Secretary of the Provincial Party - Nguyen Phi Long briefly informed the province's socio-economic situation. Hoa Binh is located at the gateway of the Northwest region, adjacent to Hanoi Capital, within the planning of the Capital region and the key economic region of the Northern region. The province has diverse and rich natural conditions with various investment opportunities in many fields. The province identified four spearheads: high-tech industry, clean agriculture, tourism services and urban development. In the field of agriculture and tourism towards serving Hanoi market, Hoa Binh Lake has been approved by the Prime Minister to be built as a national tourist area, which is an opportunity to develop tourism types based on the natural landscape and lake ecosystem associated with ethnic identities. The group is expected to survey, research and invest in Hoa Binh lake area, build high-quality tourism products as well as create investment attraction effects in the area.

At the meeting, the participants discussed and proposed investment opportunities in the province such as: Researching and building a resort complex on Hoa Binh Lake; building a 4-star standard hotel in Hoa Binh city; investing in building a garden resort. 

At the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Bui Van Khanh spoke and committed to facilitating investment procedures with preferential mechanisms and policies and always accompanying investors in the process of implementing projects in the province.
